Job responsibilities:
- Ability to elicit requirements from potential clients
- Understand Business Workflow Processes and able to give advice and suggestion to an existing Process to fulfil client needs
- Create project requirement documents
- Support Q&A from potential clients and existing clients
- Support Marketing team
- Maintain close relations and communication with clients during project development
- Bridging client communication with project software developer

Requirement:
1.) Hold bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering or equivalent
2.) Having knowledge of business processes and/or business model
3.) Having experience in business process audit will be advantageous
4.) Fresh graduate or 1 years experience preferred
5.) Able to work independently
6.) Familiar with work management software such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Canva or Figma or Invision
